Crackdown: PSQCA bans substandard tea brands

BHAKKAR: Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) has banned the sale and production of 15 different brands of substandard tea by sealing their production units in Bhakkar on Wednesday. PSQCA Director Muhammad Akhtar Yasin and Regional In charge Abdul Qadir Niazi launched a crackdown against the sale and production of substandard tea in the district. They sealed 15 factories and units manufacturing substandard tea under 1996 Act of PSQCA.
