"We strongly condemn reports suggesting postponement of exams for thousands of children during the visit of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to Faisalabad," Rasheed said in a statement.
According to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, postponing the exams in the name of providing protocol to the CM was a shameful and unacceptable act.
"It would have been better if the chief minister provided powers to the local bodies representatives," he said.

He further added that there was "no comparison between the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab government with regard to performance", claiming the former was far more superior than the later.
"There is no concept of corruption in K-P," Rasheed claimed, "every major project in Punjab is tainted with corruption."
Pointing out the deplorable situation of poverty, unemployment and illiteracy in Faisalabad, Rasheed also urged CM Punjab to visit the hospitals in Faisalabad district to become cognizant of the actual health conditions there.
