Twitter cannot digest this ‘hand salad’ recipe

Salads can be pretty mundane; most salad recipes go unnoticed, but not this one. Food magazine Bon Appetit tweeted a ‘hand salad’ recipe and Twitterati had a field day.



The ‘hand salad’ is literally just pieces of lettuce accompanied by a yogurt-lemon dressing.

Although the magazine itself admitted that they called their dish a ‘hand salad’ because lettuce and dip doesn’t sound "nearly as much fun", Twitter users had much more to say.
