The police said Sadique had an argument with his daughter Saba over a family matter. However, when the arguments escalated Sadique got enraged and killed his daughter. Victim’s sister Anum also suffered injuries while she tried to save her. Soon after the incident, Sadique suffered a fatal heart attack and died on the spot.
Meanwhile, the police claimed to have arrested two accused, including a woman and recovered 260 grammes of heroin from their possession. The police said a woman with five grammes of heroin was arrested from District Jail Sialkot where she had gone to see her son, who was a prisoner. Similarly, Muradpur police apprehended Waseem Abbas and confiscated 255 grammes of heroin from his possession.
