In a 'policy' statement issued on Friday, Dr Sattar said the city was divided in two parts for house count but even on the third day of the campaign, 35% of the first half was yet to be covered.
"Due to the lack of strength of the enumerators, house count has been affected," he said, apprehending that this will ultimately cause problems in assessing the actual population. According to him, the strength of enumerators should be increased and the drive be extended by two more days to cover entire city in the first phase of census.
