ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police Islamabad on Wednesday promoted 94 assistant sub-inspectors (ASIs) to the rank of sub-inspector (SI). IGP Tariq Masood Yasin approved the promotions on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee, said a police spokesman. IG Yasin greeted the promoted officers and hoped that they would perform their duties with honesty.
