Weapons Recovered: Six detained during search operation

The men have been shifted to Nilore police station for interrogation

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police and Rangers conducted a search operation in Chirah, within the remits of Nilore police, on Tuesday morning. Police said they had detained at least six people during the search. These men had been shifted to Nilore police station for interrogation. Officials said they had screened 500 houses and buildings during the combing operation. They added that they recovered nine pistols and 11 rifles from the suspects.
