Farewell: Retiring police investigators get awards

DIG Investigations Chaudhry Sultan and SSP Investigations Ghulam Mubashir Maikan distribute certificates.

LAHORE: A lunch and award distribution ceremony for 43 retiring police officials of the Investigations Wing was held at the Investigations Headquarters on Tuesday.

DIG Investigations Chaudhry Sultan and SSP Investigations Ghulam Mubashir Maikan distributed the certificates. “Police department appreciates the retiring police officials and honours their services. They have performed their duties diligently in Investigations Wing, CIA, CRO Branch and AVLS Staff branch,” DIG Sultan Chaudhry said while addressing the policemen.

“These police personnel have spent their whole life in protecting life and property of citizens and this is an honour for the department,” he said, adding the retiring officials would be part of 111 Information System, an intelligence system of Lahore police.
