KARACHI: On the advice of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, President Mamnoon Husain appointed on Monday appointed Justice Ahmed Ali M Sheikh as the new chief justice of the Sindh High Court.

Justice Sheikh was given the new position following elevation of the former top judge of the province, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, to the Supreme Court.
