ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested a man, suspected of committing fraud, 16 years after he was booked in a case. Shaheed Naeem was wanted by Sihala police in a forgery case registered against him in 2001. Police said the suspect, who had been declared as a proclaimed offender, was nabbed on Friday by the Sihala police. An official investigating the case said that other suspects in the case had been arrested but Naeem had been at large for 16 years. Naeem had allegedly committed vehicle fraud.
