SHABQADAR: Tribesmen in separate jirgas on Thursday threw their support behind the Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad launched by the military.

Radd-ul-Fasaad: Five terrorists eliminated in Swabi raid

Tribesmen from the Ambar Utmankhel and Daweezai Pandyali tribes offered their support after meeting officials of the Frontier Corps in Ambar.

Swat Scouts commandant Colonel Tariq Mehmood urged the tribesmen to fulfill their territorial and collective responsibility in eliminating terrorism from their soil by not letting terrorists sabotage peace in their area.

He told them that the terrorists are the enemy of tribesmen and therefore, the tribesmen should check them and inform the security forces of their presence.
