Ahead Of Holi: CDA to pay Hindu employees allowance

ISLAMABAD: The CDA announced on Thursday that its Hindu employees would get a special Holi Allowance as per their entitlement for the festival. According to a notification from the finance wing, CDA Member Finance had allowed the grant of Holi allowance to the all Hindu employees of the authority following decision on that by the CDA board.  The payment shall be released through respective banks. CDA’s regular officers serving in BPS-16 and above would be paid half of their basic pay while n-n gazetted staff would be paid one month’s running basic pay.
