Man Kills Family: Police collect pistol, victims’ clothes

A man allegedly shot dead his father, sister-in-law and nephew over a domestic issue

RAWALPINDI: Investigators on Wednesday collected evidence from a house in Fazal Town where a man had allegedly shot dead his father, sister-in-law and nephew, before putting the pistol to his own head on Tuesday evening. Police investigators collected a pistol, empty bullet casings, fingerprints and blood stained clothes from the scene of the multiple murders. The weapon and blood-stained clothes were sent to the forensic laboratory in Lahore for further examination. The investigation team comprised SP Potohar Division Ateeq Tahir, DSP Civil Line Circle Farhan Aslam and SHO Civil Lines Chaudhry Bisharat. On Tuesday night, 32-year-old Zeeshan allegedly gunned down his father, sister in law and a nephew over a domestic issue.
