Anti-Terrorism Court Sargodha division directed the police to present all evidences in the case by May 21.
The 5 arrested US nationals include Rami Zam Zam, Aman Yamir, Omar Farooq, Waqar Hassan and Abdullah.
Defence Counsel Barrister Hassan Dastagir said that Waqar Hassan's fiancé and an imam of a mosque are coming from the US to stand as witnesses in the case.
He claimed that the witnesses will be vital in proving the innocence of the arrested.
The court adjourned further hearing till June 9.
