Crackdown initiated: Two manufacturing units sealed

Pakistan Standard & Quality Control Authority seals two manufacturing units in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: While launching a crackdown against sub standard and uncertified manufacturers of bottled water, the Pakistan Standard & Quality Control Authority sealed two manufacturing units in Faisalabad. PSQCA Assistant Director Zakaullah Khan said the teams raided various parts of the region and sealed two manufacturing units.

These units were manufacturing and marketing bottled water under the brand names of FAYHA and AIWA pure. He warned the manufacturers to get registration for their products and furnish a NOC as required under the rules and regulations of PSQCA.
