Pakistan, Tajikistan: Cooperating to achieve SDGs

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Tajikistan are cooperating at a regional and global level to improve knowledge exchange, strengthen communication and networking for cooperation, which are the basic tools to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. This was stated by Tajikistan Ambassador Jononov Sherali, while speaking at the ‘Regional Dialogue on SDG-6.0’ at the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) headquarters Wednesday. He highlighted the issues and key achievements relating to water resources management in Tajikistan. The one-day seminar was organised by PCRWR with joint cooperation of the Embassy of Tajikistan and ECO-Science Foundation. Appreciating the joint efforts of the organisers, Ministry of Science and Technology Additional Secretary Muhammad Ashraf assured full support for future endeavours to implement and achieve SDG’s 6.0.
