One piece three ways: Ideas Pret

we have three fashionistas showing us how to put together an item from a designers collection

While trends fade, style remains eternal and one piece can be put together in many different ways. In this feature we have three fashionistas showing us how to put together an item from a designers collection, according to their own individual style and taste!

This tropical green and fuchsia tunic by Ideas Pret is certainly a spring staple! The top is designed in the trendy, off-shoulder style, and features a contemporary slit in the centre of the silhouette. The use of vibrant colours and the airy feel of the top makes this the perfect piece to wear to anything from a fun night out to a casual beach vacation.

I paired this beautiful and colourful Ideas Pret tunic with my black Marc Jacob wedges and distressed jeans from Zara. To style the top a bit differently, I tucked it into my jeans. I kept my accessories simple by only wearing a black clutch from Zara. For my hair, I went for a voluminous blow-dry and for my make-up I applied some light-gold eye shadow with winged eyeliner. I would wear this outfit to a dinner with my friends.

I paired this Ideas Pret tunic with formal,
wide-leg, black pants, bamboo-heel Gucci pumps and a purple and yellow Dolce & Gabbana handbag. I kept the accessories subtle by wearing art-deco style, black enamel earrings and a Hermès ‘Clic Clac’ bracelet. I went for a natural look for my make-up, and simply blow-dried my hair. I’d wear this outfit to a dinner with my friends or perhaps a product launch — it’s both striking yet relaxed.

Keeping my style in mind, I paired the off-shoulder top with white, cropped jeans. I feel it adds more funk to the look, and gives it a semi formal feel at the same time. I wanted to do a day look. For day events I usually opt for subtle heels and my nude pumps keep the look classy instead of loud. Chokers are trending these days, so I added a pearl choker to complete my outfit. In terms of make-up, the natural look has always been my go-to. I simply dabbed on some BB cream for a natural glow, applied some liner and wore a pretty shade
of pink lipstick.
