QUETTA: Two persons were gunned down and two were injured in separate firing incidents in the Quetta and Chagai districts of Balochsitan on Thursday.

According to police armed men barged into the house of Allah Dita at the Brewery Road area and opened indiscriminate fire on his family. Allah Dita’s son Adil was killed while Ditta and his daughter Nasreen Bakhtawar received bullet injuries.

Police shifted the body and injured to the Bolan Medical College Hospital in Quetta.

They have determined the cause of the firing as matrimonial issue. The assailants managed to flee.

In a separate incident in Chagai town, Levies official Muhammad Ashraf opened fire on his younger brother and killed him. The cause of killing could not be ascertained so far.

The Levies Force has arrested the accused and launched an investigation.
