Veteran Indian batsman Virender Sehwag on Tuesday praised Pakistani great Wasim Akram for his sportsmanship while facing former leg-spinner Anil Kumble at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in New Delhi 18 years ago.
On February 7, 1999, Kumble made history as he picked up 10 wickets in the second innings against Pakistan in the last of the two-match Test series. He became only the second bowler in the history of Test cricket after Jim Laker to achieve the feat.
Sehwag trolls Pakistan team once again
In order to celebrate the milestone, Sehwag tweeted a snapshot of an old article with Wasim's quotes, who was the last man to fall in Kumble’s 10 for 74.
The former batsman lauded Wasim for his integrity with the caption “well done Wasim bhai”.

Sehwag's joke turns on him
Meanwhile, Kumble himself observed the momentous day with a link to the footage of his 10 scalps.
Thank you for bringing back the memories of that game. One of my most cherished cricketing moment. https://t.co/UplFkpOpJe
