
Minister for State, Interior & Higher Education Baleegh-ur-Rehman made these remarks while speaking as a chief guest at a concluding session of three-day national workshop on educational planning & management through software data management. The event was held at Ghotvi Hall, Islamia University, Bahawalpur on Sunday.
"The government is fully committed to modernising the higher education sector by investing billions of rupees which is reflected in the report by UNESCO,” the minister said.
He maintained the government is working on seven key educational projects which stand as pivotal goal posts to streamline our higher education system on modern lines.
He said the government paid special attention to establish a solid and effective educational operational frame work by awarding scholarships to the talented & deserving students.
