Ku announcement: Seven students awarded PhD degrees 

The decision was made after the BASR's meeting, which was chaired by KU vice-chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser

KARACHI: University of Karachi (KU) registrar announced that the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) awarded seven students with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in various disciplines. The decision was made after the BASR's recent meeting, which was chaired by KU vice-chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser. The degrees were awarded to Syed Mustafeel Aser Quadri of environmental studies department, Kaneez Fatima of Pakistan studies, Mahmood Ahmed Shaikh of law, Shakeel Ahmed Ansari of physics, Austin of chemistry, Syed Shuja uddin of international relations and Tayyab of Botany.
