Petitioner Sultan Muhammad Khan Golden reached the court and contended that Sajid Yousaf staked a claim to the ownership of his shop through forged documents. He added the suspect had nothing to do with the premises.
Sultan complained that the accused had occupied his shop and sounded death threats when asked to vacate. The petitioner later got an FIR registered against Yousaf, who succeeded in obtaining pre-arrest bail orders from the court.
Sultan said that neither had the suspect appeared before police officials to become part of the investigation, nor was he willing to vacate the shop. The stuntman asked that the court cancel the pre-arrest bail.
