Wife’s murder: Police foil man’s suicide attempt

LAHORE: Police thwarted a suicide attempt at the Lahore High Court on Tuesday. Nawaz from Nankana Sahib had sprinkled petrol and torched himself over the failure of police to arrest the killers of his wife. Policemen deputed at the court foiled his suicide bid and handed him over to the Old Anarkali police.
