KARACHI: The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) will for the first time organise a ‘Global Business Challenge’ competition in Pakistan.

This will allow local students to compete in an international competition and discover their business leadership potential. Sixteen out of 220 Pakistani students chosen from 47 universities have been selected to compete in the Pakistan-level final of the Global Business Challenge, which is going to be held on May 15 in Karachi.

Four of the finalists will participate in the global final to be held in Malaysia on August 5 and 6 this year. The winning team will go onto compete in the Malaysian global final which will require them to present to an audience and panel of international high-profile judges.
