Two FIRs were filed against Salman under section 23(1)a of the Sindh Arms Act and section 4 & 5 of the Explosives Substances Act, read with section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act registered at Saddar and Kharadar police station.
In his application, Salman told the bench that the allegations levelled against him were baseless. He said he was falsely implicated in the case and requested the court to grant him protective bail. He contended that he was ready to face charges in the court but apprehended that he might be arrested.
