The accused, Feroz Khan was arrested red-handed while he was collecting Rs5 million from an applicant at the behest of officials of the revenue department, said a spokesperson of the anti corruption department, adding that revenue officials were also imvolved.
The spokesperson said that the accused persons have been involved in illegal allotment of land in Scheme 33, Karachi.
