Opening ceremony: Minister rejects PPP’s four demands

RAWALPINDI: Politics should not be restricted to only four points, said State Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Marriyum Aurangzeb on Sunday. The minister said this while replying to a question about the demands of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. She said this while taking to the media at the opening ceremony of Chrysanthemum (Gul e Daoudi) Flower Show at the Nawaz Sharif Park in Rawalpindi. The minister said people’s confidence had restored as the law and order situation improved due to the PML-N government’s efforts and increasing number of visitors to parks was a manifestation of it. She said terrorism incidents had decreased significantly during last three years. She said PM Nawaz Sharif had launched many mega development projects during his last tenures and now the country was reaping their fruits.
