Pakistan has a rich culture of truck art that has drawn much interest and attention from locals and foreigners.

It is always interesting to look at the intricate designs and unique concoctions of art that these artists create, and that is what makes this video special. Shot in the setting of a truck workshop where painters are busy in their unique art, the documentary conceptualised by Azmiha Raza features interviews of truck painters by Aala Rahman.

The film takes viewers through the entire process of decorations and paintings that adorn the trucks we frequently encounter on the roads in Pakistan. Alhough some may lack the patience to watch the long process of how a design is made from scratch, the documentary offers an interesting insight into an art form that is quite unique to Pakistan.
