Last Phase: Polls for mayors, chairmen on Dec 22

LAHORE: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has set elections for seats of chairmen, vice chairmen, mayors and deputy mayors in district councils, municipal committees, municipal corporations and metropolitan corporations for December 22. According to a notification issued on Thursday, elected public representatives will vote for filling up these seats. Elections will be held for one seat of the municipal corporation and two seats of vice chairmen in Rawalpindi, another seat in Murree, and one in Jhelum.
