Head-on: Four killed in car-truck collision

HARIPUR: Four people were killed when a car collided with a truck near Kholiyan Bala village on GT road on Monday. Sara-e-Saleh police said that a car, with four passengers, was travelling from Abbottabad to Haripur. When it neared the village, it rammed into a truck which was travelling on the opposite side of the road. As a result, all four passengers were seriously wounded. They were rushed to a nearby hospital but they succumbed to their injuries. Those killed were identified as Hazar Hussain, Nasir Laiq, Wazir and Noor Zaman. Police have registered a case.
