Visit to juvenile jail: Minister assures of resolving issues  

He also expressed displeasure over the cleanliness arrangements

BAHAWALPUR: Minister of State for Higher Education and Interior Baleeghur Rehman visited Borstle Institute and Juvenile Jail on Sunday. A smartly turned out contingent of police officials presented a guard of honor to the minister on his arrival at the jail. On the occasion, he heard the grievances of inmates and assured them that their problems will be resolved soon. Moreover, he also watched the gymnastic competition that was held among the inmates. Later, he inspected the juvenile barracks, jail hospital, kitchen, school and library. He also expressed displeasure over the cleanliness arrangements and directed the officials to take steps to maintain hygiene in and around jail premises.
