BAHAWALPUR: At least three development projects were inaugurated in Bahawalpur on Thursday. Minister of State for Higher Education Baleeghur Rehman inaugurated the projects worth Rs5.3 million. The projects included provision of electricity and sewerage system and laying of soling completed in Basti Kacholian and Dera Bakha. The inaugural ceremony was attended by Union Council Chairperson Asad Rasool, Vice-Chairperson Tariq Waheed, Mian Shahid Iqbal, Rao Abdul Waheed, Faheem Qureshi, Shahid Abdullah Chaudhry, Rao Rizwan and a large number of people. While speaking on the occasion, the minister said various uplift projects were underway which aimed to facilitate the people.
