Five killed in accident on Quetta-Chaman highway

Five people killed in accident between a passenger van and a trailer on the Quetta-Chaman highway near Pishin.

Five people were killed in a road accident between a passenger van and a trailer on the Quetta-Chaman highway near Pishin, on Wednesday.

The accident occurred due to heavy fog on the highway. Levies officials reached the spot soon after the accident and shifted the injured to Civil Hospital Pishin.

Four people died on the spot and a fifth one died in the hospital during treatment. Six people were also injured in the accident, two are reported to be in critical condition.
