KARACHI: A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the United States consul-general Grace Shelton and Sindh culture department minister Sardar Shah on Monday, on behalf of their respective countries at the National Museum of Pakistan auditorium. "We have renewed our partnership with the Sindh government for the next three years," said Shelton, while speaking to the media after signing the agreement. Talking about the cultural and educational ties, she stressed that various projects will be undertaken to enhance 'mutual understanding'. Meanwhile, Shah said that the American model for education is the best and should be credited. He added that there is a need to formulate the cultural ties and exchange programmes between the two countries.
