KARACHI: Cleaning work in District Municipal Corporation (DMC) South has been outsourced to a Chinese firm. This was announced by an official on Saturday. He said that a Memorandum of Understanding had been signed in this regard. DMC chairperson Malik Muhammad Fayyaz held a consultative meeting with a delegation of Karachi Municipal Workers' Trade Union Alliance regarding the outsourcing work. Fayyaz pointed out that the work has been outsourced to clean DMC South in accordance with international standards.
