Behind Bars: 3 proclaimed offenders arrested in G-B

GILGIT: Police have arrested three proclaimed offenders during a search operation in the suburbs of Chilas town in the Diamer district of Gilgit-Baltistan on Monday. Police had booked Salamat Din, Inamuddin and Himayat Din in different criminal cases in 2015, but they were at large. “All three have been arrested now,” said Diamer police spokesperson Muhammad Alam. The raid was led by SHO Chilas Shah Sarwar following orders from Diamer DIG Muhammad Shoaib Khurram.
