RAWALPINDI: Police have arrested five people and recovered drugs from their possession and held two people who were selling petrol illegally. According to a police spokesman, Naseerabad police arrested Zafar Gul for possessing 250 grammes of hashish. Separately, Morgah police detained Sagheer Hussain for carrying more than 200 grammes of hashish. Meanwhile, police in Westridge arrested Akbar Khan for allegedly carrying a 0.30 calibre pistol along with bullets without the requisite permit. The spokesman further said that Airport police arrested Asad Nazir and Akhtar Hussain for selling illegal petrol.
