Sindh information adviser Maula Bux Chandio has criticised the federal government’s decision to move key departments of the State Bank of Pakistan from Karachi to Lahore, saying the bid aims at gaining nefarious political gains, which will never be allowed at any cost.

According to a statement, he said “We will offer severe agitation against anti-Sindh moves of the PML-N government.”

“The country needs the PPP to protect people’s rights and sovereignty of the nation,” he added.

He said that the prime minister needs to adopt a political approach and give political rights to all parties in the country and stop using state force against opponents.

Chandio also predicted the PML-N and PTI would come face-to-face on November 2 in Islamabad, which could lead to a catastrophe.
