Babar Azam scored 117 and skipper Azhar Ali made 101 in Pakistan's 308-6 before the West Indies were restricted to 172 in 44 overs.
Pakistan won the first two games by 111 and 59 runs -- both in Sharjah.
The cleansweep followed Pakistan's 3-0 whitewash in the preceding T20I series.
Arthur wants Pakistan among top four
Post-match presentation
Man-of-the-match Babar Azam: "Team plan has always been to play as many deliveries as possible. Shoaib [Malik] even joked that it's not everyday a player achieves this mark, so I am proud of my innings."
West Indies captain Jason Holder: "We need to work a lot in both batting and bowling. We can only control what's in our hands, and that's our game, so we have to be professionals despite all the administrative issues we are facing."
Azhar urges nation to be patient
Pakistan captain Azhar Ali: "Most important thing today was to win 3-0 and we achieved that. Babar Azam has been spectacular in this series. But we have to be even more hungry in the future in order to progress as a national side. I would like to thank the crowd here as well for supporting us throughout the series."
