The shalwar makes a comeback but this time the silhouette has been modified. The emerald green tulip pants from Hina Butt’s collection are an extremely versatile piece, which can be styled to make for three completely different looks.

My personal style is easy going. I like to keep my body type in mind while dressing; ditching bizarre trends and staying minimal and chic. I paired the emerald pants with a satin, gold off-the-shoulder top that accentuated my waistline. Hira Khan Shahraiz did my make-up. I went for neutral eye make-up with winged eyeliner and some loose waves. I added an ethnic beaded necklace to complete the look. This outfit is great for the daytime.

My everyday style mantra is to keep it classic but I do enjoy being bold on special occasions. I opted for a matching emerald green top with the Teena by Hina Butt pants. This created a structured silhouette, over which I threw on a fully embellished jacket. The gold detailing sits in harmony against the plain silk. I accessorised using Neemar pearl drop studs and a bracelet and ring by Rema. My glossy coral lipstick with voluminous hair gave me a ‘just out of the salon’ affect. I then wore pointed gold heels to elongate my legs, making this a killer look for a formal dinner!

Due to my workaholic nature, my wardrobe mainly consists of formal wear. So I decided to dress the pants with a beige organza wrap that adds volume to the look. I paired this with metallic jewellery and gold shoes. Natasha Khan kept my make-up on the neutral side by giving me a sultry contour with a matte brown lipstick. I let my hair loose. I think this outfit can be worn at any daytime event.
