Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

A week ago the ideas planet Mercury began its cycle of retrograde, or reverse, motion in the heavens, triggering confusion here on earth. While most of the difficulties you’ll be facing will involve minor errors, some will go deeper. With these, invest time in seeking answers. It will be well rewarded.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

In late April your ruler Venus moved to accent your day to day life and various ongoing obligations. Now that it’s been joined by inquisitive, expansive Jupiter, expect to be deluged with new ideas. Overwhelming as these seem, explore all of them. At minimum, they’ll be informative and, often, absolutely thrilling.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

On Friday Jupiter, planet of growth and good fortune, moves into a new sign and to accent who and what you must enjoy in life. While you, as a Gemini, are inquisitive by nature, there’s always something wonderful and intriguing to discover. And that’s what this cycle is all about.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

Ironically, the confusion triggered by Mercury’s retrograde cycle is likely to lead to discussions about matters you feared would never be mentioned, and still less, dealt with. While, initially, you may be overly cautious about what you say, you’ll soon be asking direct questions and speaking frankly about your views.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

For ages you’ve felt trapped in situations that worked well, but long ago. The problem is, you’ve had no alternative. Now, the arrival of expansive Jupiter to accent these matters changes everything. While the suddenness and unsettling nature of events may be annoying, the results will justify the any disruption you face.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Because you’ve had no idea how certain individuals would react to potentially upsetting matters, you’d been sidestepping these entirely. However, now that these have become a topic for general discussion, you’ve no choice but to raise these. Do so right away. The sooner you’re talking them through openly, the better.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Resist the temptation to rein in changes you regard as worrying, for both you and others. On the contrary, while it’s true, these are unsettling, the brand of chaos they’re triggering is the kind that comes with progress. The sooner you get involved, the more swiftly this will be clear.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

There are many varieties of good fortune. While those triggered by the bountiful Jupiter’s move into the most strategic portion of your chart, on Friday, for a year’s stay, won’t be immediately clear in practical terms, your instincts will tell you they’re worth at least exploring. They are. And amazingly so.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

By no means do you tend to cling onto the past. On the contrary, you’re endlessly intrigued by anything new. Yet there are one or two arrangements or alliances about which you’ve sentimental feelings, enough you’re battling to keep these alive. Let go. If they’re meant to continue, they will.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

During this period of change and, often, confusion, both circumstances and the objectives of others are easily misunderstood. While, in most cases, you’ve time to observe events as they unfold, a few are moving swiftly. Even then, with eclipses shaking things up, you can afford to wait, watch and learn.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

Although every sign is influenced by Friday’s move by Jupiter into a new sign, you could benefit most. That’s because it will be accenting intriguing ideas and ways you can broaden your horizons, something every Aquarian enjoys. While some of what arises will be familiar, as much will take you into unfamiliar territory.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

Somebody has been concealing vital facts from you, either because they feared you’d be upset by them or they were trying to avoid acknowledging their own unwise decisions. Or both. Whatever the case, you may have no choice but to confront the individual in question. If you do, act swiftly and speak frankly.
