The ceremony would be followed by a motorcycle rally where 30 of the 100 graduates would display their driving skills.
SMU (Law and Order) Senior Member Salman Sufi said that the campaign had been started to provide free training to women who wanted to learn motorcycle driving. He said this would enable women to travel on their own without relying on their male kin.
He said the motorcycle rally would be held in collaboration with the city traffic police, the city district government and Honda Motors.
The event will be attended by the women development minister, MPAs, the Sargodha DCO and the Multan RPO and representatives of the and the Aurat Foundation.
In Sargodha, the project was started in May this year. Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan are the other three cities where motorcycle driving trainings are underway for women.
