ISLAMABAD: Model colleges’ senior officials including professors, who are deputed at the Federal College of Education (FDE), continue to draw evening shift allowance from their respective colleges.

According to sources at the FDE and available documents, the model colleges’ staffers including Director Model Colleges and Coordinator of Prime Minister’s Reforms Programme Dr Tariq Masood continue to draw the evening shift allowance despite the fact that they are working at the directorate and not performing duty at their respective colleges.

The FDE had also issued orders that the evening shift allowance of model colleges staffers should immediately be stopped.

The FDE, however, has failed to implement its order, a source at the directorate said.

When contacted, Tariq Masood claimed that the staffers were availing the allowance for performing duty at the directorate till late in the evening.
