Tussle: Two killed as rival groups clash

LAKKI MARWAT: At least two people were killed while another was injured when two rival groups opened fire on each other during a jirga in Lakki Marwat on Saturday. A police official told The Express Tribune the firing took place in Khero Khel where two rival groups exchanged fire after one group attacked a schoolteacher. “Both the groups agreed to settle the matter during a jirga,” the official said. “However, they opened fire on each other after exchanging hot words, leaving two dead, one from each group.”
