The board has mandated the PSPC to hire the services of consultants through a joint venture between the Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (ECSP) and the Fichtner Consulting Engineers to supervise 14 contracts in 10 districts across the province. Residents of these areas will start getting safe drinking water by December 2017.
