Reckless driving: 31 fined for wheelies on public roads

LAHORE: As many as 31 people were caught doing  wheelies on their motorcycles on Sunday. They were released after they paid Rs2,000 fine imposed on each of them for reckless driving and violation of road safety standards. District courts remained crowded all day as relatives of these men kept visiting to pay the fine and get them released from police custody. The violators were caught by the police at pickets set up in Ghalib Market, Township, Nawab Town, Faisal Town, Shahdra and Ravi Road areas.
