Taken: Explosive material seized by CTD

PESHAWAR:  

Explosives were seized on Kalam Road in Kiba Mankyal. This was stated in a handout issued by the counter-terrorism department (CTD). According to the document, a CTD team seized eight kilogrammes of explosives. As per the document, an improvised explosive device targeting a police mobile had gone off in the area on July 12. A case has been registered.
