Pakistan Zindaba | 7 years ago | Reply Why not ET correspondent send their home address to District Officials. So they can send all stray Dogs, Cats etc to that address and then their will be no cruelty. This correspondent must pay a visit to Jinnah's Dept of Dog Bite. Then he will know how many people are suffering and even dying of Dog bites in the city.
