ISLAMABAD: The Australian Government through the World Bank is supporting the Government of
Balochistan in addressing malnutrition by encouraging breastfeeding and improving access to better nutrition, according to the Australian High Commissioner, Margaret Adamson.

While noting that we
are in the middle of
the World Breastfeeding Week, Adamson said Australia’s AUD17 million (Rs1.354 billion) nutrition project would assist in improving access to nutrition in seven districts of Balochistan.

“The project will continue the Australian Government-supported work to improve nutrition,” the high commissioner said.
