The Tera Saath Ho hit-maker went on to discuss the themes behind the new song. The single tells the tale of a broken person who has lost the direction in his life. He is in a constant battle with himself and the world in an attempt to find the right path. “Main Ki Kara also features legendary producer Dr Zeus, something that I am extremely pleased about. He has definitely shown why he is hailed as one of the finest in the world.”
Falak added that the track is a unique combination of Sufi and urban music, penned by famous Indian lyricist Jaani and composed by B Paraak. It is releasing simultaneously in Pakistan, USA and the UK.
The video was shot in London, supervised by Indian director Hasinth Pathrirana. “Hasinth created a unique performance-based video that expresses emotions through dance,” shared the singer. “Having witnessed the making, I can say with complete confidence that it has the potential to become the best video of 2016. It has inspired me to continue making similar, superior quality videos in the future.” Falak takes immense pride in the fact that his work has allowed him to represent Pakistan through performances in different countries. “This is only the beginning of my career and I believe that it will take constant struggle and hard work, but I am willing to give it my very best.”
